Price Information
The prices of the product indicated on the website are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees and do not include delivery. We standby the right to change or discount our prices at any circumstances without any prior notice. If an evidently improper price appears on our website and is not revised on your total at the time of order completion for reasons such as human error or technical error the placed order will be cancelled and the payment refunded if payment is done, even if it has been initially confirmed. We shall not be responsible to you for any alteration, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Availability of Products
Freshmeat.lk will try fulfilorders once completed and paid for the products. If a product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the pricepaid by the customer within 7 days following the date of payment. If your order contains products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the balance items once they are available in stock again. If similar, a replacement for an unavailable product will be offered equal price.When the order is accepted and which for a replacement, wish to return it to us in the circumstances defined under the Right to Return, the return cost will be covered. If offer is decline, and the original orderedproduct is not unavailable we will repay the price of the unavailable product.
