Delivery CHARGES

Freshmeat.lk may determine the delivery charges from time to time without giving any prior notice. We regret to inform, initially we deliver to limited areas such as Colombo 1 to 10, Kolonawa, Wellampitya, Rajagiriya, Nawala and Dehiwala.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of the order can be made within 3 hours. However, there won’t be any cancellation if order processed and sent for the delivery. For fresh category order, there won’t be any cancellation as being fresh they have very less shelf life and cannot be given to any other customer. Once the refund is approved it may take couple of working days to initiate the refund request and customer will receive a refund confirmation call or mail within that period. Please note in refund, the concerned bank may take 2-7 working days to post a credit refund to your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation will be considered only if requested within 3 hour of order placement. In case of quality and quantity delivery failure as promised there will be repayment or replacement if the customer brings to notice of freshmeat.lk management within an hour of delivery and it will be confirmed by the delivery team after inspection of the product.

Freshmeat.lk ensures that accurate product pricing and product descriptions are sustained, we also reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the customer in case if the order cannot be full filled due to causes such as unavailability of the stock, incorrect information, delivery address is outside our delivery zone, unable to contact you while confirming the order etc. In both the cases mentioned above, complete amount charged shall be credited into the customer’s account or can be utilized for future  purchase order.
